Our Company
Sanctuary is comprised of two boutique locations in downtown Phoenixville. Our first location opened in 2020 and, despite the pandemic, we quickly grew into a second location in June of 2022.
With the fast pace of life these days, it’s difficult to feel our best at all times. With Permanent Makeup and Skincare we can give you that confidence by naturally elevating your own features, enhancing your brows, lashes, and lips, and giving you smooth, radiant skin. We look forward to boosting your confidence at your next visit to Sanctuary.
Meet The Team
Lindsay Gale
Lindsay is the owner of Sanctuary and started her career in esthetics in 2005. Years later, and after taking a certification course for microblading in 2018, her passion turned toward cosmetic tattooing. Here she found her niche, combining her knowledge of skin with her natural artistic ability. She completed additional courses on brows, before expanding her services to eyeliner and lips, taking masterclasses on those as well. Her passion is natural cosmetic tattooing that will age well through the years.
Koye Foreacre
Koye is a licensed esthetician and self-proclaimed skin care nerd. She loves to help unconventional beauties cultivate healthy skin and a healthy sense of self-confidence! She's a native of the Gem State and a fresh transplant to PA. In her free time she enjoys doing anything that sparks her creativity and spending time in the garden.
Christina Decristo
Christina is a talented permanent makeup artist that has received multiple certifications over the last few years. Her passion is machine work, with a specialty in the powder brow technique. She believes in enhancing the client's natural features with a subtle, yet beautiful look. She strives to provide the most comfortable experience for her clients and has a passion for continuing education.
Mandy Shantz
Mandy loves keeping up with all the newest beauty trends and providing them to her clients! She also loves the dermaplane treatment and educating clients on a good skin care routines to keep them feeling confident and refreshed between services. Her goal at Sanctuary is to make clients feel and look beautiful while working with their natural beauty. In her free time she finds herself looking to travel and relax somewhere full of sunshine.
Steff Leppard
Steff is a fine line and illustrative tattoo artist and permanent makeup artist native to the Lehigh Valley. She loves creating mandalas, nature, floral, and mystical tattoos. Steff has a background in fine arts and art therapy. She is constantly expanding her artistic abilities and is very caring for others. Outside of tattooing she enjoys yoga, hiking, music, and coffee.

Sarah is a permanent makeup artist with a passion for enhancing each client’s existing beauty. She specializes in natural, realistic microblading that is completely customized and unique to every face. She loves connecting with her clients and creating a comfortable and fun experience. Sarah has a background based in the arts of various mediums that she continues to pursue for inspiration. Outside of cosmetic tattooing, she enjoys hiking, camping, and anything involving being outside in nature.
